The Wellness Boutique is a therapy practice, located in the DC Metropolitan Area, dedicated to providing comprehensive support and empowerment to therapists of color.
We offer virtual or in-person individual & group psychotherapy, supervision, trainings, workshops, and even uniquely curated wellness events for therapists.
Our mission is to create a healing space where therapists can explore their own healing journeys, receive therapy services, gain specialized training, and build a strong community of like-minded professionals.
Meet Our CEO & Clinical Director
Tyler P. Mabry, LCPC-S, C-DBT, CTRP-C
Tyler Mabry is a compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor dedicated to addressing racial disparities within the mental health community. With certifications in both Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Trauma & Resilience, she skillfully connects with clients, guiding them on a journey of trust in their emotions and sensations. Through therapeutic interventions, Tyler assists individuals in developing coping skills to address past traumas and effectively manage their emotions in the present.
Notably, Tyler is recognized as an approved supervisor by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors & Therapist. This role allows her to not only provide therapeutic services but also mentor and guide other aspiring professionals. Tyler has developed and delivered impactful continuing education trainings on various subjects, including Trauma-informed Mindfulness, DBT Skills, and more. These endeavors reflect her commitment to enhancing the field of counseling and empowering fellow clinicians.
With a combination of expertise, empathy, and a passion for social change, Tyler continues to make a profound difference in the lives of others while contributing to the professional growth of the counseling community.
